Portrait Of Perfection

There are many beautiful portraits painted by the best artists of all time. But none of them compare to the portrait Paul paints in this passage in Philippians of the Lord Jesus. Paul, inspired by the Holy Spirit, uses his pen to capture both the lows of Jesus' humiliation, and also the heights of His exaltation as he reveals an image of our savior that will never be paralleled by any artwork created by humanity.
